Cake

  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl
  2. Add the egg, brown sugar and vanilla and mix well
  3. Add the melted butter, tahini and milk. Whisk until fully combined.
  4. Sift in the flour, baking poweder, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Mix until just combined.
  5. Add to a buttered springform lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake at 175° C for 35-40 mins.
  7. When cooled, add the frosting.
  8. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

Frosting

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
