Tips
- make a double batch (at least)
Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 40g sugar
- 2 tsp/6g yeast
- 185ml warm milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- knead together ingredients until smooth (8 min in machine)
- rest for 2h
- make into bao
- steam for 15-18 min
