Choccolate Spread

Ingredients

• 250g Dark Choccolate
• 250g Butter
• 6Tbsp Powdered Sugar
• 1Tbsp Instant Coffee
• 1Tbsp Hot Water
• 250ml (Vegan) Cream
• 5EL Cocoa Powder

Instructions

1. melt the choccolate
2. stir the butter until soft
3. dissolve the instant coffee in the water
4. combine all the ingredients
5. mix until homogenous
6. fill into jars, cool in the fridge
