Spaghetti Squash with Tomato

Ingredients:
- spaghetti squash
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- some pasta sauce or topping (e.g. tomato sauce or Pesto, Parmesan,
Basil … )
Instructions
- Cut Pumpkin into ~2cm rounds, remove pumpking guts (bake seeds with
olive oil and zata’ar and use as topping if you want)
- Cover Pumpkin in olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 200C for
20-30 minutes until the flesh of the pumpkin can easily be pulled away
from the skin
