  1. Cut Pumpkin into ~2cm rounds, remove pumpking guts (bake seeds with olive oil and zata’ar and use as topping if you want)
  2. Cover Pumpkin in olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 200C for 20-30 minutes until the flesh of the pumpkin can easily be pulled away from the skin
