Cordon Rose Banana Cake
(Cake Bible)
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- grated lemon zest
- vanilla
- 200g flour
- 170g sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 140g butter
- chocolate chips/chunks
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 180°C
- process banana and sour cream
- add eggs, lemon zest, vanilla, process
- add dry ingredients
add butter and 1/2 banana mixture
add rest of banana
mixture
- bake in 22cm (9inch) diameter cake pan for 50-60 mins.
