Tips
- A half batch is usually enough
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 250g butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- vanilla extract
- 1 cup tahini
- 570g chocolate chips
- sea salt
Instructions
- combine flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder and salt
- cream butter and sugars, add eggs (one at a time), add tahini and
vanilla
- add dry ingredients and chocolate chips, mix until just
combined
- refrigerate for 24-36 hours
- sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 180C for 18-20 min
