  1. combine flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder and salt
  2. cream butter and sugars, add eggs (one at a time), add tahini and vanilla
  3. add dry ingredients and chocolate chips, mix until just combined
  4. refrigerate for 24-36 hours
  5. sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 180C for 18-20 min
